About Allen Faris
Allen Faris Ayoub built his legal path from a Midwestern undergraduate degree to steady work at a regional injury firm. He studied political science at the University of Michigan–Dearborn, earning a B.S. before enrolling at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. He completed his J.D. in 2014 and moved quickly into practice.
He began his professional career the same year he graduated law school, joining the Mike Morse Injury Law Office. That role introduced him to the routines of plaintiff-side practice: client interviews, demand preparation, evidentiary review and negotiation. The office environment offered repeated exposure to the mechanics of personal injury representation and the rhythms of a high-volume practice.
Over the years Ayoub has handled matters typical for a plaintiff attorney working in Michigan. He prepares complaints, manages discovery and participates in settlement discussions. He has represented clients at every stage from initial intake through resolution. His work requires attention to medical records, timelines and procedural deadlines, and he often coordinates with medical providers and experts to assemble case files. He has also participated in motions practice and courtroom hearings when disputes require judicial resolution.
Ayoub’s career stays rooted in Michigan law and procedure. He practices under the auspices of a regional firm that operates multiple offices, and he has served clients out of those locations. Colleagues and staff describe the daily work as detail- and deadline-driven, with emphasis on client communication and case management. That environment has shaped much of his day-to-day legal skillset.
Outside of casework, Ayoub’s background in political science informs his interest in how regulations and public policy intersect with individual claims, particularly where insurance law and statutory frameworks affect recovery. He keeps current on court decisions and statutory changes that alter the contours of personal injury practice in Michigan.
As of 2026 Ayoub remains at the Mike Morse Injury Law Office. He continues to represent individuals in personal injury matters and handles case preparation, filing and resolution within the firm’s network of offices. His present practice focuses on representing Michigan clients in personal injury matters.
