Ali Reza Nader is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Nader is a partner at Cal West Law, a law firm specializing in bankruptcy and foreclosure defense, located in Woodland Hills, California. He has been practicing law for over 29 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Nader earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law in 1996. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the Oregon Institute of Technology, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering. His diverse educational background has equipped him with a unique perspective in addressing complex financial and legal issues.
Mr. Nader concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy law, foreclosure defense, and debt settlement. He represents individuals and families facing financial difficulties, guiding them through the complexities of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings, as well as negotiating with creditors to prevent foreclosure. Throughout his career, Mr. Nader has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the California Supreme Court. He has also appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.
Mr. Nader is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the California State Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. He is also a member of the Default Mitigation Management and the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association. In his free time, Mr. Nader enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and participating in long-distance bicycle rides and triathlons.
