About Delaram
Delaram Keshvarian earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 2022. She completed a legal education that combined classroom work with clinic opportunities and internships. Those formative years set the stage for a series of clerkships and early-career roles across public interest and corporate settings.
Her first notable positions came in 2021, when she served as a law clerk at the San Diego Public Defender’s office and at New Media Rights. The public defender placement offered direct exposure to criminal matters and courtroom procedure. At New Media Rights she encountered issues at the intersection of technology and law, helping shape an understanding of intellectual property and online rights.
In 2022 she took on a law clerk role at Verizon and also worked as a hearing representative for the Law Office of William Green & Associates. The Verizon placement added corporate and telecommunications experience to her résumé. Acting as a hearing representative introduced her to administrative hearings and dispute resolution outside the typical trial setting.
After passing the bar and becoming a licensed lawyer in California, she moved into private practice. In 2023 she opened the Delaram Keshvarian Law Office and began handling matters for individuals and small entities. Building a solo practice allowed her to combine experience from public defense, technology advocacy, corporate clerking, and administrative hearings into client work.
Her background touches several areas of law. Early courtroom work informed an approach to litigation and client advocacy. Administrative hearing experience translated into practical skills handling appeals and benefits disputes. Work on technology-related cases helped her understand legal questions about communications, content, and digital rights. She has applied those strands of experience to a range of client matters rather than a single niche.
Colleagues describe her as practical and methodical in legal preparation. She has worked in environments that demand quick thinking under pressure and careful attention to procedural detail. Those environments—from the public defender’s office to corporate legal departments—shaped how she evaluates risk and prepares cases for hearing or settlement.
She maintains active membership in professional organizations and is licensed by the California State Bar. Her office represents clients in matters that reflect her varied early-career roles. She focuses her current practice on litigation, administrative hearings, and advising clients on technology-related legal issues.
