About Alexis

Alexis Rosenberg earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 1997. She completed her legal education at a time when the Florida bar was expanding in size and scope. The degree set the stage for a career centered on courtroom work and bar involvement.

She is admitted to practice in Florida and holds admissions to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Those federal admissions have allowed her to appear in both state and federal forums. Over the years she has combined courtroom appearances with service on bar committees and local professional organizations.

Rosenberg has remained active in professional associations. She serves on The Florida Bar Advertising Committee and is chair elect of the Sarasota County Bar Association Council for Diversity & Inclusion. She is a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and has led its Sarasota County chapter as a past president. She also belongs to the Sarasota County Bar Association and participates in groups beyond the bar, including Know Tribe. In 2020 she served on gala committees for the Sarasota Memorial Hospital Foundation and for Planned Parenthood, work that placed her in a different kind of public role—supporting community fundraising and event planning.

Colleagues describe her as steady and practical in professional settings. She takes part in committee meetings and local bar activities rather than seeking headline work. That steady presence is visible in her volunteered roles and in the continuity of memberships she maintains. She has balanced those responsibilities with client work and litigation in federal and state courts.

Her practice is based at Rosenberg Law PA. The firm listing shows her as the principal contact there. At the same time she maintains ties to Sarasota’s legal community through bar council work and local professional organizations. Her leadership roles in diversity and in the Florida Association for Women Lawyers reflect long-standing involvement inside the profession.

Day to day she divides time between case preparation, court appearances and bar committee work. She represents clients in matters brought in Florida courts and in federal court in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She practices at Rosenberg Law PA, handling litigation and related court matters in those jurisdictions.
