About Alexander
Alexander Buscher built a legal path that crosses state lines. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Vanderbilt University in 2012 and completed a Juris Doctor at the University of Denver in 2018.
After law school he established his own practice. In 2018 he founded Buscher Law LLC. The firm operates from multiple offices in Colorado and serves clients connected to Tennessee through his licensing in both states.
Buscher’s early decision to open a firm gave him control over how he structures client work and local presence. He opened offices in Durango and Pagosa Springs and maintains an office in Denver. Those locations reflect a mix of rural and urban communities. They also allow him to meet clients in person across a broad geographic area.
He is a member of both the Tennessee Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association. Those memberships indicate ongoing ties to professional networks in each jurisdiction. They also suggest regular engagement with the rules and practice standards of both states.
Colleagues describe Buscher as practical in his approach to casework. He focuses on delivering direct counsel and maintaining steady lines of communication with clients. He favors clarity over legal jargon. He prefers plain answers that clients can use to make decisions.
Running a small firm means handling many roles at once. Buscher manages case intake, client meetings and the business side of the practice. That hands-on work shapes how the firm handles scheduling and client service. It also affects how the firm balances time between different communities served from its Colorado offices.
Outside the office he has stayed connected to the regional legal communities where he practices. That connection has informed the firm’s local engagements and given him a view of how state law affects people in different settings.
He currently practices through Buscher Law LLC, serving clients from offices in Durango, Pagosa Springs and Denver and admitted to practice in Tennessee and Colorado.
