About Alex De
Alex De Castroverde earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1995 and a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 1999. He returned to Nevada after law school and has practiced in the state since completing his degree.
Over the years De Castroverde has been active both inside and outside the courtroom. He holds membership in the American Justice Association and serves in roles with state groups that focus on legal policy and access to justice. He is a member of the Nevada Justice Association and is listed as a Guardian of Justice there. He has also taken on leadership within the Las Vegas Latino Bar Association, serving as its president in the past.
Colleagues describe him as a lawyer who combines steady courtroom presence with attention to community institutions. He has supported the UNLV Foundation and the Lindsay Bennett Memorial, and he maintains ties to civic and educational groups in the region. Those connections inform his approach to the law and to client work.
His professional life has centered in Nevada. He is licensed to practice in that jurisdiction and built his practice around disputes and advocacy that arise under state law. Over time he founded De Castroverde Law Group and has led the firm through local practice and regional matters. He has handled cases that required appearances in Nevada state courts and engagement with administrative processes.
De Castroverde’s work at the firm includes counseling clients, preparing litigation filings, and conducting trials and hearings when cases proceed that far. He balances case preparation with outreach to community organizations. His time as a bar association officer and as a frequent participant in association activities underscores an emphasis on institutional engagement as part of professional life.
He continues to maintain active bar association memberships and remains involved in the Las Vegas legal community. His past presidency of the Las Vegas Latino Bar Association is one of several leadership roles that punctuate a practice rooted in Nevada. He also supports education and remembrance initiatives through contributions to local foundations and memorial organizations.
Today he leads De Castroverde Law Group and practices law in Nevada. His current practice focuses on representation of clients in matters governed by Nevada law.
