Alan M — Weisberg is the founder of Weisberg I.P. Law, P.A., a firm specializing in intellectual property law, including patents and trademarks. He is a registered patent attorney with over 35 years of technical experience. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Weisberg worked as an engineer and consultant for IBM. He holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Pace University Law School, earned in 1997, and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Pace University, completed in 1990. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1988. Mr.

Weisberg was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1998 and to the Florida State Bar in 2001. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and Southern District of Florida. Additionally, he is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. At Weisberg I.P. Mr. Weisberg has been recognized for his legal expertise, being selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for many years and designated a Florida Super Lawyer since 2012. He has also been recognized by other Florida lawyers as a "Key Partner" and leading lawyer. He has been a featured presenter at the Intellectual Property Roundtable, sponsored by the Daily Business Review. Has been quoted in prominent publications such as the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Weisberg was instrumental in the creation of the Florida Patent Pro Bono Program.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Weisberg has been active in various professional organizations. He served on the board of directors of the Florida Council of the AeA (formerly the American Electronics Association) and has been an active lecturer and panelist.
