Alan M — Weisberg is the founder of Weisberg I.P. Law, P.A., a firm specializing in intellectual property law, including patents and trademarks. He is a registered patent attorney with over 35 years of technical experience. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Weisberg worked as an engineer and consultant for IBM. He holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Pace University Law School, earned in 1997, and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Pace University, completed in 1990. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1988. Mr.
Weisberg was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1998 and to the Florida State Bar in 2001. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and Southern District of Florida.
