About Adrian Marie
Adrian Marie Lobo is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in both California and Nevada. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Lobo is the founder and principal attorney at Lobo Law, a criminal defense firm located in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has been practicing law for over 19 years, serving clients throughout Nevada and California.
Ms. Lobo earned her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2006. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science in 2001. During her time at California Western, she was actively involved in trial advocacy programs, honing her skills in litigation and courtroom procedures.
Ms. Lobo concentrates her practice in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury law. She represents individuals facing a wide range of criminal charges, including drug offenses, sex crimes, violent crimes, white-collar crimes, theft, and status crimes. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout her career, Ms. Lobo has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Clark, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and the Nevada Supreme Court. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Las Vegas for five years.
Ms. Lobo is an active member of the Clark County Bar Association, the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice, and the National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is also a National Criminal Defense College Graduate and recipient of the Franny Forsman Award. Ms. Lobo serves as Vice Chair for NACDL’s Council of Affiliates and was elected to serve on the Board of Directors by the NACDL affiliates. She is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve the diverse communities of Nevada effectively.
