About Adam
Adam Vorhis earned his J.D. from the University of Florida in 2003. He completed law school after several years of study and entered the Florida legal community soon afterward. His legal education at a state university provided grounding in both civil and procedural law.
After law school Vorhis set his practice in Florida. He is authorized to represent clients in state courts and handles matters that arise under Florida law. Over the years he has worked inside a law firm environment where client intake, case preparation and courtroom appearances form the daily routine.
Vorhis is part of the team at Silverman, Vorhis & Mack. At the firm he engages in the full cycle of case handling: meeting with clients, preparing pleadings, pursuing negotiation and, when necessary, appearing in court. The firm carries his name, and he plays a regular role in managing client matters and legal files.
Colleagues describe his approach as methodical. He breaks problems into discrete steps. He assesses risk and timelines, and he structures responses that fit the legal and business realities his clients face. That practical rhythm guides how he prepares for hearings and how he frames settlement talks.
His daily work involves a mix of written advocacy and personal interaction. Drafting motions, reviewing contracts, and counseling clients occupy much of his time. On many matters the work also requires coordinating with experts, managing discovery and meeting court deadlines. He balances those tasks against the immediate needs of people who rely on clear legal direction.
Vorhis has remained in active practice as the legal landscape in Florida has changed. He keeps current on procedural rules and court developments that affect his cases. That attention helps when matters turn on technical filings or evolving precedent.
Outside of courtrooms he spends time advising clients on practical next steps and likely outcomes. He aims to present options that make sense given each client’s situation and resources. His practice is based in Florida and centers on representing clients through the offices of Silverman, Vorhis & Mack.
He currently concentrates his practice at Silverman, Vorhis & Mack, representing clients in matters arising under Florida law.
