About Adam Scott
Adam Scott Rosengard practices law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is the lead lawyer at Rosengard Law Group and handles a range of matters for individual and business clients across both states. He approaches each file with attention to procedure and the facts that matter most to the people involved.
Rosengard studied marketing as an undergraduate at the University of Delaware, earning a B.S. in 2007. He went on to Rutgers School of Law–Camden and received his J.D. in 2013. Those years shaped his grasp of legal research and courtroom practice. They also gave him time to build contacts in the regional bar and to learn the mechanics of state courts.
Soon after finishing law school, Rosengard began working at Rosengard Law Group. He serves there as a lawyer, taking direct responsibility for client matters and day-to-day case management. Colleagues describe him as practical and exacting in how he prepares filings and advocates on behalf of clients. His work at the firm has involved contested matters across both New Jersey and Pennsylvania court systems.
He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and in Pennsylvania. That dual admission allows him to handle multi-jurisdictional issues for clients whose concerns cross state lines. He maintains membership in the American Bar Association and participates in continuing legal education to keep current on developments that affect local practice.
Rosengard’s background in marketing informs a pragmatic style. He tends to frame problems in terms of outcomes and options rather than jargon. Clients say this helps them understand tradeoffs and make decisions about settlement, litigation, or other paths.
Outside the office he spends time following changes in state court procedure and attending professional seminars. He also devotes part of his schedule to mentoring younger lawyers at the firm and helping them adjust to courtroom practice.
He currently practices at Rosengard Law Group, representing clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
