About Adam
Adam Rothenberg earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1993. His legal education in New Jersey set the groundwork for a multi-decade career in practice. Classwork and clinics from law school informed the early stages of his work and gave him exposure to both litigation and transactional settings.
After graduating, Rothenberg moved into legal practice and has spent more than thirty years working on client matters. Over that time he has handled a range of assignments typical of an experienced lawyer: advising clients, preparing legal documents, negotiating agreements and appearing on behalf of clients in court and administrative proceedings. He has worked with individuals and businesses, balancing courtroom work with negotiated resolutions.
Colleagues describe him as steady and pragmatic. He prefers clear legal analysis and practical solutions. In written advocacy he aims for concise argument. In negotiations he looks for outcomes that serve a client’s objectives while avoiding unnecessary escalation. Those preferences have shaped how he approaches cases and client counseling through the years.
Rothenberg’s career has included both trial and pretrial work. He has drafted pleadings, organized discovery, and handled motion practice. He has also spent substantial time consulting with clients on risk and compliance questions, helping them understand the legal and business consequences of their choices. He adapts to changing facts and developments in the law, drawing on long experience rather than slogans or fixed templates.
Outside his casework he has kept up with continuing legal education and the evolving practice environment. He follows court decisions and regulatory changes that affect his clients. That attention to legal developments has informed his approach to new matters and to mentoring more junior lawyers when opportunities arise.
As of 2026 Rothenberg remains an active lawyer, practicing in a private capacity and handling a broad array of legal matters for his clients.
