About Adam David

Adam David Zucker earned a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Delaware in 1984 and a J.D. from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 1988. He built his legal foundation in the years after law school and established a long-running presence in the Montgomery County legal community.

Zucker has been associated with Mudrick & Zucker, P.C. since the mid-1990s. He became a shareholder there in 1995 and serves as chair of the firm's Title IX and criminal defense practice groups. Over decades at the firm he has handled a mix of administrative hearings and courtroom matters tied to student-discipline systems and criminal charges. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Outside his firm work, Zucker has taken on roles in local government and nonprofit boards. In 2008 he served as chairman of the Whitpain Township Board of Supervisors, a post that brought him into contact with municipal governance and community issues. In 2012 he served as president of the board of directors for Angel Flight East, a nonprofit that arranges volunteer flights for medical and humanitarian purposes.

His involvement with the Montgomery Bar Association spans many years. Records note participation beginning in 1988, and he has held leadership positions within the association. He was president of the Trial Lawyers Section from 2000 to 2001 and has served on the board of directors. He has also been involved with the association’s Criminal Defense Committee, including time as a co-chair in 2012.

Zucker’s practice centers on Title IX matters and criminal defense. He represents students and faculty in campus disciplinary proceedings, handles related administrative appeals, and represents clients facing criminal charges in state courts. He also engages in appellate work in the Third Circuit when cases move beyond trial courts. His background in municipal service and nonprofit governance informs his approach to public-facing matters.

Colleagues describe him as experienced in the procedural terrain of both school systems and criminal courts. He has navigated hearings that involve investigative records, evidentiary disputes and the overlap between campus policies and criminal law. He continues to maintain memberships in the Pennsylvania State Bar and the Montgomery Bar Association.

He currently concentrates his practice on Title IX matters and criminal defense at Mudrick & Zucker, P.C.
