About Abbie Alejandro
Abbie Alejandro Rosario earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2003 and a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2007. She completed the formal legal education that would lead her into private practice and local bar involvement. Those academic years set a foundation for courtroom and office work that followed.
Rosario began practicing in a firm setting early in her career. In 2008 she joined Reza Athari and Associates as an associate and took on supervising responsibilities. That role gave her day-to-day experience managing case files and mentoring less experienced attorneys. She moved into another firm role in 2014 as an associate at JBM Legal, where she continued to build trial and transactional experience and took on larger matter oversight.
In 2017 Rosario became the managing lawyer of Rosario Law. As managing lawyer she handles both administrative leadership and client-facing responsibilities. Her duties include supervising staff, setting office procedures and steering litigation and transactional strategies for the firm. The managerial role made her responsible for balancing casework with the business side of running a small law office.
She is admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions: Oregon, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and Utah. Those admissions allow her to represent clients and consult on matters that cross state lines and federal boundaries. The multi-jurisdictional aspect of her credentials has been a practical feature of her work since she began managing her own practice.
Rosario has been active in the Allegheny County Bar Association since 2014. She has served as chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Hispanic Lawyers Committee beginning the same year. In that leadership role she has overseen committee activities and engaged with bar programming and outreach efforts tied to the committee’s mission.
Across more than a decade in practice, Rosario’s experience ranges from supervising attorneys at firm level to running a small law office. She has moved steadily through associate roles into law firm management. She maintains professional ties through bar association membership and committee leadership.
She currently practices at Rosario Law, where her practice centers on matters across the jurisdictions in which she is admitted.
