About Zach
Zach Pritchard grew up interested in how rules shape outcomes. He earned a B.B.A. in 2009 from Kennesaw State University and completed his J.D. at John Marshall in 2012. Those years set the foundation for a career that moved quickly from clerking to courtroom work.
His earliest legal role came in 2010 as a law clerk at Liberty Strategies, Inc. He then joined Perrotta, Cahn & Prieto, PC as an associate in 2013. That role exposed him to litigation practice and client preparation. By 2015 he was handling trials out of his own office, operating as the Law Office of Zach Pritchard, P.C. He spent 2016 at Jones & Swanson before founding his current firm in 2019.
Pritchard is admitted to practice in Georgia and before the Eleventh Circuit. He holds current membership in the State Bar of Georgia. Those credentials accompany years of courtroom work and negotiations on behalf of individuals who have sustained injuries. His resume shows a steady shift toward trial work, beginning in private practice and then moving into leadership of his own practice.
Over time Pritchard has built a practice based on civil litigation in injury matters. His background includes handling pretrial investigation, filings, discovery and courtroom advocacy. He has represented clients through different stages of litigation and developed routines for managing file preparation and trial logistics. Colleagues note the practical nature of his approach to case planning and courtroom presentation.
Clients who come to Pritchard Injury Firm, LLC encounter a small-firm model. That structure allows him to control case strategy and to remain directly involved in the litigation process. The firm, which he founded in 2019, handles matters typical of personal injury practices and pursues resolution by settlement or trial where warranted. He continues to admit cases in state court and through appeals to the Eleventh Circuit.
He now handles personal injury litigation at Pritchard Injury Firm, LLC.
