About William Wayne
William Wayne Ballinger is an attorney specializing in business law, with additional expertise in employment law and estate planning. Born and raised in Marion, Indiana, William moved to Southern California in 1966, where he has since established a robust legal career. Following his undergraduate studies, he pursued a law degree at Western State University in San Diego, graduating in 1980. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1983.
