William Richard Conklin is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1963. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Conklin earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1962. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Stanford University, receiving an A.B. in History in 1959. During his time at UC Hastings, he developed a strong foundation in legal principles that have guided his extensive legal career.
