William R. Brown earned his law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 1973 after completing a Bachelor of Science at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1967. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
