About William Kevin
William Kevin Russell is an estate planning attorney based in North Port, Florida. He has been serving clients in Charlotte County and the surrounding areas for over 30 years. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and real estate law. He is admitted to practice in Florida and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1984. Mr.
Russell earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 1983. Prior to his legal career, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Maryville College in Tennessee in 1974. In his estate planning practice, Mr. Russell assists clients with drafting trusts, wills, and health care directives. He also provides guidance on probate administration, including formal and summary administrations, as well as trust administration.
