About William

William Franchi came to law after a solid run through Florida classrooms. He earned a B.S. from the University of Tampa and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. Those years framed his understanding of the law and shaped the practical side of his work.

He moved into practice rather than academia. Early career stops included typical roles for new lawyers — learning files, appearing in court, drafting papers and advising clients. Over time he gathered enough experience to launch his own practice. That step led to the founding of Franchi Law, where he now practices.

Franchi’s professional life has included regular involvement with bar activities and professional groups. He maintains current membership in at least one professional association. Those connections keep him attuned to changes in rules, procedure and professional responsibilities.

At his firm, he manages matters from intake through resolution. He spends time on client counseling and file strategy. He drafts pleadings and agreements. He prepares witnesses and handles hearings when needed. The work is a mix of office-driven preparation and courtroom presence. Colleagues describe him as methodical and steady in handling casework.

He has handled a range of legal tasks that reflect the practical needs of people and businesses. That variety has required balancing time-sensitive filings with longer-term negotiation and planning. He aims for clarity in client communications and favors straightforward explanations of legal options.

Franchi Law operates multiple offices. The firm’s structure lets him meet clients in different settings and manage local filings where necessary. Running a small firm has also involved supervising support staff and managing the business side of practice, tasks he takes seriously.

Outside courtrooms and conference rooms, he draws on the networks formed during his years at University of Tampa and Stetson. Those alumni contacts and professional ties provide resources and referrals when cases call for specialized expertise he does not supply directly.

He currently practices at Franchi Law, representing individuals and businesses from the firm’s multiple offices and handling matters that arise across both transactional and litigation contexts.
