William Finn Jr. is a criminal defense attorney based in Raleigh, North Carolina. He has been practicing law in Wake County since 2002, focusing on criminal law, DUI & DWI, domestic violence, and traffic tickets.
Prior to his current role, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Wake County. He co-authored the first edition of the North Carolina Prosecutor's DWI Manual and prosecuted cases including armed robbery, arson, and murder. In his defense practice, he has been recognized multiple times as one of the top criminal defense attorneys in North Carolina.
