About Wesley H.

Wesley H. Guzman graduated from The George Washington University Law School with a J.D. in 2020 after completing a B.A. in history at Georgia College & State University in 2016. He moved from an undergraduate study of the past into the study of law in Washington, D.C., timing his degree to enter practice as courts and offices began adjusting to post-2020 realities. The sequence of degrees and the timing shaped a pragmatic approach to the early years of his legal career.

After law school he registered with the State Bar of California in 2021 and has maintained active membership since. He is also a member of the Alameda County Bar Association. Those affiliations place him in the California legal community and connect him to local court practice and bar activities.

Guzman began his professional career in roles common to new attorneys: legal research, drafting briefs and motions, client intake, and supporting trial and transactional teams. He joined Cirrus Law PC as an associate lawyer. In that role he has taken on case preparation, motion practice, and other responsibilities that support more senior attorneys and advance client matters. He has worked on assignments that require close attention to procedural rules and careful written advocacy.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in his work and consistent in meeting deadlines. He brings an analyst’s sensibility to file preparation, prioritizing clarity in written materials and thoroughness in factual development. That approach helps on short turnarounds and in contested settings where paperwork and chronology matter.

Outside firm work he maintains ties to the Alameda County Bar Association. Membership there offers opportunities for continuing legal education and local networking. He has used those resources to stay current on California practice rules and emerging procedural issues. His bar membership since 2021 keeps him aligned with state requirements and continuing education expectations.

As of 2026 Guzman is based in California and practices as an associate at Cirrus Law PC. He handles client matters for the firm, including case preparation, pleadings, and court filings, and continues to develop his practice within the firm’s array of services.
