About Wendy

Wendy Earle built her legal foundation at Gonzaga University School of Law. She completed her studies there before beginning a practice that spans state and federal matters. Her academic background in Spokane set the stage for a career that moves between courtroom work and client counseling.

Soon after law school, Earle entered practice in the Pacific Northwest. She gained admission to the bars of Washington and Idaho, and she is also admitted to the Federal Circuit. Those credentials have allowed her to handle cases that require familiarity with both state rules and federal appellate procedure.

Her early career included time in small firm and solo practice environments. She learned the practical business of running a law office and the procedural details of litigation. Colleagues note she balances careful preparation with an appreciation for the deadlines and demands of modern casework.

Earle’s work has involved appearances in state courts and filings in federal forums. She has experience preparing briefs, managing discovery, and handling hearings. Clients have turned to her for representation when matters cross jurisdictional lines, where an understanding of both state practice and federal appellate posture matters.

In private practice, she has maintained a presence in local legal circles while serving a regional clientele. Her approach is straightforward. She analyzes problems, outlines options, and pursues the course that aligns with the client’s aims and the legal realities at play.

Today she practices from an office listed as WENDY EARLE, LAW OFFICE LLC. The office is located at 120 East Lake Street, Suite 205. From that base she continues to accept matters within the states where she is admitted and in federal appellate proceedings.

Outside the courtroom, Earle stays engaged with professional developments relevant to her work. She follows changes in statutory law and appellate decisions that affect case strategy. That effort helps her adapt filings and arguments as precedent and procedure evolve.

Her present practice handles matters in Washington and Idaho and in the Federal Circuit.
