About Wayne Alan
Wayne Alan Brown began his path to the law after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he earned a B.A. in political science in 1986. He continued his legal education at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, receiving his J.D. in 2000. Those academic milestones set the stage for a career practiced in two states.
Brown is admitted to practice law in both New York and Florida. He holds membership in the Florida Bar, a status noted since 2006 and continuing into the present. Over the years he has maintained his credentials in both jurisdictions, handling matters that require admission across state lines.
He is the principal attorney at WAB LAW PLC. In that role he oversees the firm’s operations and handles client matters from intake through resolution. His approach is methodical. He breaks complex issues into manageable parts and addresses them in clear terms for clients and opposing parties alike.
Colleagues and clients who have worked with Brown describe him as steady and thorough. He has built a practice that reflects his training and the dual-state admissions he carries. He remains active in the Florida Bar as a member and practices out of WAB LAW PLC. His current practice focuses on legal matters across Florida and New York.
