About Walter Rudolph
Walter Rudolph Hnot built a path to law that starts in music and business and arrives at disability advocacy. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Business from Berklee College of Music, an MBA from Suffolk University, and a Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. Along the way he also completed Masonic degrees that remain part of his civic profile.
Hnot earned his BM in 2008 and completed his MBA in 2010. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2013. In 2012 he advanced within Masonic organizations, holding the 3rd Degree Master Mason at Orlando Blue Lodge No. 69 and the 32nd Degree in the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite. Those affiliations accompany his professional qualifications and community activities.
He opened Disability Resolution, P.A. in 2013 and has served as the firm’s lawyer-owner since then. The practice operates in Florida and concentrates on disability matters. Hnot’s background in business and music preceded his move into law, and he brings that varied experience to interactions with clients, medical experts, and administrative processes.
Mediation occupies a visible place in Hnot’s professional profile. He holds multiple Supreme Court certifications from the Dunlap Mediation Certification Institute, including Circuit Civil Mediator, County Mediator, and Appellate Mediator credentials. Those certifications permit him to serve in court-ordered and voluntary mediation across different procedural stages. He is also a member of the Florida Bar.
Hnot’s practice centers on Social Security Disability issues, including SSDI and SSI claims and the administrative appeals that often follow initial denials. He represents clients at hearings and in filings before the Social Security Administration. He also engages in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution when appropriate, relying on certified mediation training to manage settlements and procedural conferences.
Outside the office he maintains ties to fraternal organizations. He is recorded as a Noble of the Bahia Shrine and holds leadership degrees within Masonic bodies. Those roles intersect with local civic activity and fundraising. His earlier education in music business and later MBA inform how he approaches case economics and client communication.
He currently handles Social Security Disability (SSDI and SSI) claims and related disability matters on behalf of individuals across Florida.
