About Viridiana De La
Viridiana De La Riva built her path through higher education before stepping into practice. She completed a Bachelor of Arts at Mount Saint Mary’s University, then earned her Juris Doctor at Southwestern Law School. She later returned to graduate study through the Claremont Consortium of Colleges at Claremont Graduate University, where she received a Master of Arts.
Her academic record mixes liberal arts, legal training and graduate research. At Southwestern she worked through the routines of law school: doctrinal classes, skills training and clinic work. The M.A. followed and added a different perspective on analysis and writing. That combination shaped how she approaches legal questions once she entered the workplace.
De La Riva is licensed to practice in California. She joined Baghdaserians Law Group Inc. as an associate lawyer. In that role she has taken on the tasks typical for associates: case preparation, drafting pleadings, client interviews and supporting lead counsel in hearings and settlement talks. Her day-to-day work reflects the practical side of litigation and client service.
Colleagues describe her work as thorough and methodical. She handles document review, legal research and courtroom preparation. She also spends time translating complex legal points into plain language for clients. That is a skill she cultivated during graduate study and refined in practice.
Her career so far has been focused on building courtroom readiness and a steady litigation practice. She has worked inside a firm environment where collaboration and calendaring matter as much as briefs and motions. As an associate, she balances the procedural demands of ongoing matters with deeper analytical tasks that arise in contested cases.
Today she continues at Baghdaserians Law Group Inc., working from the firm’s offices. She maintains the combination of scholarly training and practical experience she developed through her degrees and early years in practice. Her current practice focuses on matters handled at Baghdaserians Law Group Inc.
