About Daniel
Daniel Leonetti built his academic foundation at Loyola Marymount University, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2006. He went on to earn a J.D. from Whittier Law School in 2010. Those years shaped his approach to legal work: attention to detail, an eye for how fact patterns affect people, and an interest in how evidence and testimony come together in the courtroom.
After law school, Leonetti began practicing in California. He is licensed to practice in that state and has spent his career connected to local practice. Over time he found a place at Baghdaserians Law Group Inc., joining a team that handles litigation and related legal matters for clients across the region.
At Baghdaserians Law Group Inc., Leonetti has worked on a range of cases handled by the firm. His role has involved preparing pleadings, researching case law, and representing clients in court and settlement negotiations. He has navigated both pretrial strategy and trial preparation. Colleagues describe him as thorough in case development and deliberate in courtroom presentation.
Clients and other attorneys see him as a steady presence in litigation matters. He approaches each file by breaking complex issues into manageable steps. He pays close attention to discovery and witness preparation. That methodical style helps manage deadlines and maintain clarity as cases advance. He also contributes to firm strategy meetings, helping to shape how the firm allocates resources and which legal theories it pursues in key matters.
Outside casework, Leonetti maintains ties to the legal community in California. He keeps current on case law and procedural changes that affect litigation practice. He works from the Baghdaserians Law Group Inc. office and handles matters that require courtroom appearances as well as negotiated resolutions. His current practice focuses on litigation and related legal services at Baghdaserians Law Group Inc.
