About Vincent W.

Vincent W. Perini began his formal study of government and law with a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Yale University in 1962. He went on to earn an LL.B. from The University of Texas School of Law in 1966, where he was recognized in the Hildebrandt Moot Court competition as best speaker. That early accolade pointed to an aptitude for oral advocacy that has marked his long career.

He was admitted to practice in Texas in 1966 and has remained active in the state’s legal community since then. Over the years he maintained memberships in professional associations tied to the Texas bar. Those affiliations reflect a steady presence in the profession rather than short-term involvement. His career spans a period of significant change in Texas law and practice; he has worked through those shifts while practicing within the state.

Colleagues who have watched his work comment on clarity in argument and a preference for careful preparation. The moot court honor he earned in law school is a clear early signal of that approach. He built a practice that relied on sustained attention to written and oral persuasion, the mechanics of courtroom procedure, and the ordinary demands of client representation. He has sustained a practice through decades in which litigation practice and client counseling both evolved.

Perini’s record does not rest solely on courtroom moments. He has spent time advising clients and resolving disputes outside the courtroom as well. That combination of adversarial and advisory work is common among long-practicing attorneys in Texas. It also demands familiarity with the procedural rules and statutory frameworks that govern practice in the state.

His career reflects continuity. He has remained connected to the Texas bar and to the community of lawyers who practice there. The experience accumulated since his admission in 1966 informs the way he approaches matters today: methodically, grounded in precedent, and attentive to the practical outcomes clients seek.

He currently practices law in Texas and continues to represent clients under the laws of the state.
