About Victor
Victor Musleh built his legal foundation at the University of Florida, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science in 1990. He continued his studies at Stetson University College of Law and received his J.D. in 1993. Those years framed his early interest in litigation and public-service oriented practice.
After law school he entered private practice and became licensed to practice law in Florida. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, allowing him to handle matters in both state and federal forums. Over the course of his career he has maintained active involvement in organizations that support trial lawyers and plaintiffs’ advocates.
Musleh’s professional affiliations map out a steady course. He has been a member of the Florida Justice Association since 1994 and joined Florida Workers Advocates in 1998. He became a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum in 2006. Peer-recognition followed. Florida Trend named him to its Legal Elite in 2011, and he was listed among Florida’s Top 100 Lawyers for Northern Florida beginning in 2018.
Those memberships and recognitions point to a practice oriented toward contested matters. He has been active in groups that center on workers’ compensation and trial litigation, and he handles cases that may proceed to hearings or trials when necessary. His admission to the Middle District federal court also means he can bring or defend claims in federal court when the issues fall within that jurisdiction.
Colleagues describe him as a lawyer who has spent decades in the courtroom and the negotiation room. He has worked on cases that require preparation for formal hearings and civil trials, and he participates in professional associations that provide continuing education and peer review. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum membership indicates participation in matters of significant monetary recovery, while inclusion in Legal Elite and Top 100 listings reflects peer recognition over multiple election cycles.
He practices under the name Musleh Law Office. There he represents individuals in matters stemming from workplace injuries and other civil disputes, handling intake, case development, and representation through trial when needed. He currently practices at Musleh Law Office, where his work focuses on workers’ compensation and civil litigation matters.
