Vadim R. Alden is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004 and holds bar number 233161. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Alden is the founder and managing attorney at Alden Law PC, a boutique law firm located in San Francisco, California. The firm is situated at One Sansome Street, Suite 3500, San Francisco, CA 94104. He has been practicing law for over 21 years, serving clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
Mr. Alden earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, graduating in 2004. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Claremont McKenna College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at Santa Clara University, he gained comprehensive legal training, preparing him for a diverse legal career.
Mr. Alden concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, employment and labor law, and business litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving business entity formation, employment contracts, commercial real estate leases, acquisitions, and related financings. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including arbitration and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts. He also serves as general counsel to several established and emerging companies in the Bay Area, providing legal counsel in areas such as business entity creation, contract negotiation, executive compensation, employment and labor law, intellectual property, and general risk management.
Throughout his career, Mr. Alden has handled cases in various courts, including the Superior Court of California for the County of San Francisco, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding Alden Law PC, he worked at both large and mid-size law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, representing foreign and domestic clients in corporate, employment, products liability, and regulatory compliance matters in California and other U.S. states and territories.
Mr. Alden is an active member of the San Francisco Bar Association and the Contra Costa Bar Association. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by the Northern California Super Lawyers magazine from 2012 to 2019. He regularly lectures and presents seminars on employment and business law. Mr. Alden is fluent in Russian and proficient in Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
