About Tyson P.

Tyson P. Schroeder blends a scientific background with legal training. He earned an M.S. in Biology from Indiana University/Purdue University at Indianapolis in 2003. Six years later he graduated from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2009. Those two degrees sit at the center of his professional identity.

His first recorded legal post came immediately after law school. In 2009 he joined Boehl Stopher & Graves, LLP as an associate lawyer. That role introduced him to the practical demands of courtroom preparation, client counseling and case management. It also gave him exposure to matters across state lines, reflecting the regional practice patterns of firms in Indiana and Kentucky.

Schroeder maintains active memberships in both the Kentucky Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar. He holds licenses to practice in Indiana and Kentucky. Those admissions allow him to handle matters that require knowledge of differing state procedures and substantive law. He has moved through private practice settings to his current office arrangements, where he continues to work on cross-border issues.

His scientific training often informs how he approaches legal problems. Biology taught him to parse complex data and to weigh competing explanations. In practice he applies that way of thinking to technical evidence, expert reports and discovery disputes that involve scientific material. He does not abandon practical lawyering; he blends technical assessment with ordinary litigation tasks such as drafting pleadings, taking depositions and preparing witnesses.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in courtroom preparation and deliberate in analysis. Clients see a lawyer who can translate technical detail into clear legal arguments. He has worked on files that require careful attention to both factual nuance and procedural timing. Those strengths trace back to his early academic work and the training he received at law school.

Outside of casework he keeps current through bar activities in Indiana and Kentucky. He participates in professional discussions and continues to refine how scientific issues are presented in legal settings. His background positions him to work on cases where science, data and legal rules intersect.

He practices from Klezmer Maudlin P.C., serving clients in both Indiana and Kentucky. His current practice concentrates on matters that involve technical or scientific questions, handled through litigation and negotiated resolution as appropriate.
