About Tyler

Tyler Pierce studied at Florida Atlantic University before earning his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2006. He completed his J.D. in 2006 and moved into practice in Florida soon after. His education grounded him in state law and prepared him for practice in both state and federal courts.

Early in his career Pierce joined Rubenstein Law, where he has handled a range of matters for clients in Florida. His work has taken him into courtrooms and into negotiations. Over time he built a routine practice that involves filings, hearings and appearances in both county and federal venues.

Pierce is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Those admissions allow him to represent clients in state trial courts as well as in federal proceedings in the Southern District. He appears regularly for procedural matters and hearings in those forums.

He maintains memberships in several local and state bar-related organizations. Those memberships include the Florida Justice Association, the Miami-Dade Justice Association and the Broward County Justice Association. He participates in association events and continuing legal education programs tied to those groups.

Colleagues describe Pierce as a concise advocate who prepares carefully for hearings. He balances courtroom work with case preparation outside the courthouse. That combination keeps him active on deadlines while allowing time for discovery and client consultations.

At Rubenstein Law Pierce manages client matters that arise in Florida and in the federal court serving South Florida. He handles pleadings, discovery disputes and motion practice, and he represents clients at hearings when required. His docket reflects steady engagement with the procedural demands of trial practice and federal filings.

He currently concentrates on cases that arise in Florida state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
