About Tyler J.

Tyler J. Claringbole earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2015. He finished law school amid a changing legal landscape and moved into practice in Wisconsin soon after. His training at a state law school placed him close to the courts and communities where he now works.

He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Since 2015 he has held membership in the Wisconsin State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Outagamie County Bar Association, where he participates in local professional activities, and he has been active in the Rotary Club of Appleton (District 6220) since 2015.

Claringbole is part of Herrling Clark Law Office Ltd., a firm with offices in Oshkosh, Green Bay and Appleton. He contributes to the firm’s work across those locations. The multiple-office structure means he can assist clients in different parts of the region and handle matters that arise in several nearby jurisdictions.

Over the course of his practice he has handled matters that required filings and appearances in both state and federal court. That practical experience in the courtroom and at the negotiating table shapes how he approaches casework. He prepares pleadings, meets with clients, and appears where necessary to press for resolutions that reflect his clients’ needs.

Beyond the office, Claringbole’s involvement in local and national bar groups keeps him connected to developments in law and practice. Memberships in the Wisconsin State Bar Association and the Outagamie County Bar Association bring him into contact with colleagues across practice areas. His participation in the Rotary Club of Appleton links professional life to civic engagement and local service projects.

Colleagues describe him as methodical and straightforward in client communications. He favors clear explanations over legalese. He handles matters that are filed in Wisconsin courts and in the federal court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. His current practice involves representing clients in matters heard in Wisconsin state and federal courts.
