About Tyler
Tyler Gregston began his legal path at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he completed a bachelor’s degree in 2013. He continued his studies at Texas A&M University School of Law, earning a J.D. in 2016. The two schools shaped his early interests and prepared him for immediate entry into practice.
After law school, Gregston moved straight into practice. In 2016 he joined Stacy Cole Law, P.C. as a lawyer. That same year marked his transition from classroom to courtroom and client work. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing filings and careful when advising clients on the mechanics of litigation and procedure.
Gregston is licensed to practice in Texas and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He maintains an active membership in the State Bar of Texas. Those credentials allow him to appear for clients in both state courts across Texas and in the federal trial court that covers a significant portion of the state.
Throughout his time at Stacy Cole Law, P.C., Gregston has handled a steady docket of matters for individuals and businesses. He works on pleadings, discovery, motion practice and courtroom appearances. He is often involved in the detail work that moves a case forward: drafting briefs, managing documents and coordinating with clients on strategy. He is known inside the office for a practical approach to problem solving and for attention to procedural deadlines.
Outside the office, Gregston’s professional life centers on staying current with developments in Texas law and federal procedure. He takes part in professional programming and maintains ties to colleagues through the State Bar. He remains based at Stacy Cole Law, P.C., representing clients in state and federal courts in Texas. His current practice concentrates on representing clients in matters brought in Texas courts and in the Northern District of Texas.
