About Tyler

Tyler Fleck graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts before earning his J.D. at the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. His academic path combined public university study and professional legal training in Kentucky. He returned to the state’s legal community after law school.

Early in his professional life he served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army in 2013. That year in uniform placed him at the intersection of military service and legal practice. The experience exposed him to military legal procedures and the kinds of administrative and appellate work that often follow service members into civilian life.

Fleck holds practice authorizations that reflect a federal practice orientation. He is authorized to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He is also authorized to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and before the United States Supreme Court. Those credentials allow him to handle matters that move into federal forums and to represent clients at different levels of appeal.

He maintains memberships in several professional and service organizations. He is a current member of the Hardin County Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association. He also belongs to the American Legion and the Military Officers Association of America. Those affiliations connect him to both the local legal community and to veteran and military service networks.

Fleck practices from The Fleck Firm, PLLC, listed as Lawyers at Law. His practice is rooted in Kentucky, where he works on matters that require federal court admissions and veteran benefits appeals. Colleagues and clients see a practitioner who pairs courtroom credentials with hands-on knowledge of military procedures.

He handles appeals before specialized tribunals and federal district courts, and he represents clients in matters that may reach the United States Supreme Court. His practice centers on veterans’ benefits appeals and federal litigation arising from military and administrative issues, and he operates that practice out of his Kentucky office.
