About Travis
Travis Little built his legal foundation in classrooms that prized both argument and analysis. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Brigham Young University in 2004 and completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2008. Those studies supplied the tools he would later apply in court and at the negotiation table.
After law school, Little established his practice in Georgia. He is licensed to practice in the state and is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He maintains an active membership in the State Bar of Georgia, a status that underlines his ongoing engagement with the state's professional community.
Little’s professional life is anchored at North Atlanta Injury Law PC. The firm’s name reflects the kinds of matters that occupy his docket. He handles personal injury and related civil litigation matters, representing individuals in claims that arise after accidents and incidents that cause harm. His work includes preparation of pleadings, discovery strategies, and advocacy in hearings and trials when cases move beyond settlement discussions.
Colleagues and clients see him as methodical in his approach to case preparation. He tends to emphasize fact development and documentary proof. Little also navigates procedural and appellate issues when cases require review beyond the trial court, drawing on his admission to the Eleventh Circuit to pursue or defend appeals as necessary.
Outside litigation, Little engages in activities that support his courtroom work. He follows developments in Georgia law and federal appellate decisions that affect civil liability and procedure. He participates in the State Bar of Georgia, which gives him access to continuing legal education and professional networks that inform his practice.
Today he practices at North Atlanta Injury Law PC, where he attends to injury and civil litigation cases for clients in Georgia. He continues to represent individuals in personal injury and related civil matters as part of his current practice focus.
