About Tracy Belinda
Tracy Belinda Newmark built a foundation for her legal career at the University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Quantitative Analysis in 1986. She went on to law school at Nova Southeastern University and received her J.D. in 1990. The combination of a quantitative business background and formal legal training shaped the practical approach she brought to the practice of law.
Her professional life began immediately after law school as an associate at Fixel & La Rocco in 1990. She spent more than a decade at that firm, advancing through the ranks and becoming a named partner in 2004 when the firm operated as Fixel & La Rocco & Newmark. A year later she struck out on her own as a founding partner of The Newmark Law Office, PA, a boutique practice she established in 2005. That firm reflected her interest in running a small, client-oriented practice and in handling a range of matters for individuals and businesses.
In 2015 Newmark joined Kelley Kronenberg as a partner and business unit leader. Her role there has included management responsibilities that go beyond the day-to-day representation of clients. She has overseen a business unit within the firm, helped coordinate teams across offices, and taken on mentoring responsibilities for junior lawyers. Those duties require both administrative skill and a steady legal judgment.
Throughout her career she has practised in Florida and remained active in the state’s legal community. Her background in business administration informs how she approaches client problems. She balances legal analysis with practical considerations about operations and risk. Colleagues describe her as a lawyer who prefers clear, direct advice and solutions that fit a client’s commercial needs.
Today Newmark continues to practise law in Florida as part of Kelley Kronenberg. She maintains an active role in the firm’s business unit leadership while serving clients from the firm’s Florida offices. Her current practice centers on representing clients and managing the business unit responsibilities at Kelley Kronenberg.
