About Tracy A.

Tracy A. Robb earned a B.S. in accounting from Loyola University Chicago in 1988 and a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1992. She moved from accounting studies into law at a time when several Chicago courts were refining procedures and appellate dockets were growing. Those academic years set the stage for a steady career in Illinois courts.

Her early post-law school years included two separate stints as a judicial law clerk at the Illinois Appellate Court, First District. She served in that capacity in 1993 and returned to the same court in 1999. Those positions placed her inside the appellate process and exposed her to a wide range of legal issues that come before an intermediate appellate tribunal.

In 1995 she served as an administrative hearing officer in the Cook County Circuit Court’s Domestic Relations Division. That role involved adjudicatory responsibilities within the domestic relations calendar and required handling hearings and ruling on matters confined to the division. The experience gave her direct exposure to family law procedure at the trial level and to the operational rhythms of the county court system.

By 2001 Robb moved into firm leadership. She became managing partner at Curcio Law Offices. In that role she has overseen firm operations and the delivery of legal services. Her title reflects a long-term association with the firm and a practice anchored in Illinois.

Across those roles—clerkships, administrative adjudication, and firm management—Robb has built a practice informed by appellate process and domestic relations litigation. Her background in accounting also informs work that intersects financial and family law issues. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and has spent her professional life working within the state’s courts and legal community.

She currently practices at Curcio Law Offices, concentrating on appellate work and domestic relations matters.
