Traci Janeen Pickering is a licensed attorney in California, admitted to the State Bar in December 2000 under license number 211900. She is a partner at Mello & Pickering, LLP, a family law firm located at 1055 Minnesota Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. Ms. Pickering has been practicing law for over 25 years, focusing primarily on family law matters in the San Jose area and throughout California.
Ms. Pickering earned her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2000. During her tenure at Santa Clara, she served as the Senior Technical Editor of the Computer Technology Law Journal and received a Certificate of Excellence in Legal Research and Writing. Prior to law school, she graduated with honors from San Jose State University in 1996, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History.
Ms. Pickering specializes in family law, handling cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, domestic violence, and property division. She is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
