About Tracey Lee

Tracey Lee Potere trained first in the behavioral sciences before turning to the law. She holds an M.S. in Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and earned her J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. That combination of studies gave her both a grasp of human behavior and a grounding in legal doctrine.

After law school she entered practice in Pennsylvania. She joined Ciccarelli Law Offices as an attorney and built her practice there. Over time she has handled the day-to-day demands of client intake, case preparation and courtroom appearances. Her work at the firm places her alongside colleagues who pursue civil claims on behalf of individuals across the state.

Her psychology background informs how she evaluates client interviews and case narratives. It shapes how she assesses credibility, prepares witnesses and explains legal options. She speaks plainly to clients and aims to set realistic expectations. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and represents clients in matters that bring them before state courts and administrative processes.

Colleagues describe her as steady under pressure and attentive to detail. She spends considerable time gathering records, coordinating experts and preparing filings. In court she prefers clarity over flourish. Outside the courtroom she focuses on timely communication and making sure clients understand each step of a matter.

Potere maintains office locations in Lancaster and Center City, where clients can meet with her and other members of the Ciccarelli team. She divides her time between client consultations, case management and appearances in Pennsylvania venues. She currently practices at Ciccarelli Law Offices, serving clients from offices in Lancaster and Center City, Pennsylvania.
