About Todd
Todd Johnson is an attorney based in Morgantown, West Virginia, specializing in bankruptcy law and consumer litigation. He is also a trained arbitrator and mediator. Born and raised in Morgantown, Todd earned his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from West Virginia University in 1993.
He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Duquesne University, graduating in 2002. After passing the bar in 2002, Todd opened his own practice, Johnson Law, PLLC, in Westover, West Virginia. The firm is located at Wes Mon Center II, 11 Commerce Drive, Suite 212, Westover, WV 26501.
Todd has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania since 2002 and in West Virginia since 2003 — He is also admitted to practice in Georgia since 2022. In addition to his legal practice, Todd has served as a municipal judge for four municipalities in Monongalia County, West Virginia, for over 13 years, handling cases involving DUIs, crimes, and violations. Todd is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and co-chairs its Bankruptcy Law Committee.
