About Matt
Matt McCase earned a Bachelor of Arts in business from West Virginia University at Parkersburg in 2012. He went on to attend Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and received his J.D. in 2019. The combination of an undergraduate business degree and a law degree shapes how he frames problems and evaluates options for clients.
After law school, McCase moved into private practice. He holds current membership in the Ohio State Bar and maintains professional ties in the region. Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and careful in preparing matters, traits that reflect his methodical training and practical outlook.
McCase practices from the McCase Law Firm. He handles client matters that are often practical and business-oriented, drawing on his academic background. He approaches each case by breaking the issues down into clear steps and explaining the options to clients in straightforward terms. He spends time upfront to understand a client’s goals and constraints before setting a path forward.
Outside the office, he keeps up with legal developments and stays connected to peers through bar activities. That involvement gives him regular exposure to changing rules and judicial trends. It also provides a network he can call on when matters require specialized input.
Today he continues to work at the McCase Law Firm, serving individuals and entities who seek counsel on legal and business-related questions. His current practice focuses on representing clients through the McCase Law Firm.
