About Todd B.
Todd B. Goldberg earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University in 2006 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in political science at the University of Pennsylvania in 2002. His academic path combined an Ivy League undergraduate education with legal training in Texas. Those years set the stage for a steady trajectory through private practice and bar association work.
He began his legal career as a law clerk at Sayles Werbner, P.C. in 2007. That early exposure to day-to-day litigation practice was followed by several associate roles at firms of varying sizes. In 2010 he joined Goldfarb LLP as an associate. Four years later he moved to Cobb Martinez Woodward PLLC for a 2014 associate position and then to Warmbrodt, Winslow & Associates as an associate in 2015. Each stop added practical experience in firm environments and courtroom preparation.
In 2018 Goldberg took the step of founding his own practice, Todd Goldberg, PLLC, where he serves as the managing member. Running a small firm shifted his responsibilities. He began to manage client relations, case intake, and the administrative work that comes with leadership. His role as managing member reflects years spent on the front lines of litigation and firm practice.
Outside the office, Goldberg has been active in local bar groups since 2010. He holds membership in the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. He is also involved with the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, where he has served as CLE Committee Co-Chair. Those roles place him in regular contact with peers and keep him engaged in continuing legal education and local bar governance.
Goldberg works from an office listed at 3710 Rawlins Street, Suite 1300. His career shows a conventional progression from clerkship to associate roles and then to founding a boutique practice. He has stayed rooted in Texas throughout his career, maintaining ties to Dallas-area legal organizations and the state bar.
He currently operates Todd Goldberg, PLLC from his Dallas office and continues to serve clients in matters arising in Texas.
