About Timothy A.
Timothy A. Nowacki built his legal foundation at the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German in 2004. He returned to Notre Dame for his law degree, receiving a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School in 2011. Those years in South Bend shaped both his thinking and his approach to practice.
After law school he began practicing across state lines. He is admitted to the bars of Indiana and South Carolina, and his work has taken him into state courtrooms and advisory settings in both jurisdictions. Colleagues describe him as someone who prefers clear, practical solutions. He tends to break complex questions into manageable parts and explains options plainly to clients.
Nowacki’s early years in practice included a mix of courtroom time and client counseling. He has handled contested matters as well as transactional work. That variety gave him a sense for how different pieces of a legal problem fit together. He developed a routine of careful case preparation and straightforward client communication.
He later joined The Clardy Law Office, where he now practices. The move brought him into a smaller firm environment. There he works alongside other lawyers and staff on matters that arise across Indiana and South Carolina. The setting allows him to stay involved in day-to-day casework while overseeing strategy in more complex matters.
In client work he typically focuses on state-law issues that affect individuals and local businesses. His practice involves appearing in court, preparing filings, and advising clients through each stage of a matter. He aims to keep clients informed and to provide options they can understand.
Outside of casework he keeps ties to his alma mater and peers. He maintains memberships in professional groups and participates in ongoing legal education to stay current on developments that affect his practice. He is based at The Clardy Law Office and currently practices in matters arising in Indiana and South Carolina.
