About Timothy A.
Timothy A. Nowacki built his legal foundation at the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German in 2004. He returned to Notre Dame for his law degree, receiving a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School in 2011. Those years in South Bend shaped both his thinking and his approach to practice.
After law school he began practicing across state lines. He is admitted to the bars of Indiana and South Carolina, and his work has taken him into state courtrooms and advisory settings in both jurisdictions.
