About Tiffany M.

Tiffany M. Ambrose earned a B.S. from St. John’s University in 2010, majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in Psychology. Those early studies underscored a practical interest in how systems of law interact with human behavior. She took courses that connected legal doctrine to real-world outcomes and carried that perspective into her later legal training.

She continued her education at Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law, receiving her J.D. in 2014. Law school years included classroom work, research and client-oriented projects that sharpened her skills in legal analysis and client counseling. The combination of a criminal justice undergraduate program and formal legal training created a base for work that often touches on conflict resolution and assessment of human factors in disputes.

After completing her degree, Ambrose entered practice in Massachusetts. She is admitted to the Massachusetts bar and has practiced in that jurisdiction since early in her career. Her practice has developed through hands-on work with clients, courtroom appearances, and settlement negotiations. She has handled matters that require both legal research and practical decision-making under pressure.

Ambrose’s background in criminal justice and psychology informs the way she approaches cases. She emphasizes clear communication, factual investigation and an organized case strategy. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing pleadings and hearings. Clients have found that she explains options in plain terms and outlines likely scenarios so they can make informed choices.

Today she is a principal at Next Phase Legal and Dispute Resolution LLC. At the firm she provides legal counseling and dispute resolution services. Her work includes representing clients in negotiations and participating in alternative dispute resolution processes. The firm’s name reflects an interest in helping clients move beyond conflict and toward practical outcomes.

Outside of casework she maintains professional connections and follows developments in Massachusetts law. Her combined academic background and courtroom experience shape how she evaluates cases and prepares for hearings. She currently practices at Next Phase Legal and Dispute Resolution LLC, where she focuses on legal counseling and dispute resolution services.
