Thomas Soldan earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. He completed the J.D. program before returning to Virginia to begin his legal career. The law school years gave him the foundational training typical of a modern practitioner, and he moved quickly into positions that placed him in courtroom and office settings alike.
His early professional years included an associate position at HMRW beginning in 2007. That same year he joined the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Bar Association. He later added local memberships, joining the Fauquier County Bar Association in 2008 and the Loudoun County Bar Association in 2011. In Fauquier County he took a leadership role, serving as president of the county bar association from 2012 to 2013.
In 2012 he appears on record as a lawyer at Price Benowitz LLP. Those years reflect steady practice in Virginia. He handled client matters and participated in litigation and advising, developing practical courtroom experience and familiarity with local courts. Colleagues from the region have known him through both bar activities and routine filings in circuit and general district courts.
Soldan has also completed training related to impaired driving investigations. He is certified as a student in the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s Standardized Field Sobriety Test course. That certificate signals formal exposure to procedures used in roadside testing and the evidentiary issues that can arise from them.
He currently operates under the name Thomas Soldan Lawyer at Law. He maintains memberships in state and county bar organizations and continues to appear in Virginia courts. His practice concentrates on matters brought in Virginia and on representation of clients in local proceedings and hearings.
