Thomas P Morris earned his law degree from Liberty University School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2018. He completed undergraduate studies at Liberty University, where he earned a B.S. in Government in 2015. Those years set the foundation for a career that moved from public service into private practice.
Early in his career, Morris served as a law clerk in 2017 at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Virginia. The role placed him inside the federal courthouse environment and exposed him to the rhythms of litigation and prosecutorial work. It was a practical introduction to courtroom procedure and federal practice.
He transitioned to private practice the following year. In 2018 he joined King Law Offices as a junior partner. At King Law Offices he handled a mix of casework and client responsibilities, taking on greater management of files and participating in hearings and negotiations. That period broadened his exposure to the demands of running cases from intake through resolution.
In 2022 Morris took the next step and became a founding partner of Morris & Fox, Lawyers at Law, PLLC. The move marked a shift toward establishing a practice framework he could shape. As a founding partner he has been involved in both the legal work and the operational side of maintaining a small firm.
Morris is admitted to practice in North Carolina and concentrates his professional activity there. He has built experience across matters that come through his office and through referrals from other attorneys. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and attentive to procedural detail.
He continues to practice at Morris & Fox, Lawyers at Law, PLLC in North Carolina, representing clients and handling a range of legal matters through the firm.
