Thomas Mulroy built a steady legal foundation in the Midwest. He earned a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana in 1995 and completed his J.D. at Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1998. He began his professional journey at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, becoming a partner there in 1998. He spent two decades at Hinshaw, handling matters that took him into state and federal courthouses. In 2018 he joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard, P.C. as a partner. The move placed him in a firm known for contested litigation and concentrated trial work, where he continued to expand his courtroom experience.
Mulroy is admitted to practice in Illinois and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a current member of the Chicago Bar Association.
