About Thomas
Thomas Moser built a legal pathway that moves from graduate studies into courtroom work and then into private practice. He approaches his work in straightforward terms. He prepares, argues, and represents, and lets the record speak for the rest.
Moser began his post-graduate education at Webster University, where he completed a Master of Arts in Business and Organizational Security Management in 2013. He then enrolled at Saint Louis University School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 2017. Those years combined study of organizational systems and law, giving him a practical view of how legal problems intersect with business and security issues.
Straight out of law school he joined the Missouri State Public Defender as an Assistant Public Defender II. In that role he handled a variety of criminal matters for the state’s indigent population. The position placed him in courtrooms early and required quick preparation, frequent client contact, and work across different stages of criminal cases from arraignment through other court proceedings.
In 2019 he launched Moser Law Office LLC. That move to private practice followed two years in the defender’s office and reflected a shift to running a firm as well as practicing law. As owner and lawyer, he manages casework, client intake, and the day-to-day operations of the office. He also continues to apply the trial experience he gained as a public defender to his current caseload.
Moser maintains professional memberships and stays engaged with legal peers in Missouri. He was admitted to the Missouri bar in 2017. His practice draws on both his academic background in business and organizational security management and his hands-on courtroom experience. He now operates Moser Law Office LLC, representing clients in matters that build on his public defense work and handling civil and criminal concerns that arise from that experience.
He currently practices in Missouri and runs Moser Law Office LLC, where he concentrates on criminal defense and litigation that grows out of his prior public defender work.
