About Annie
Annie Ebert built an uncommon academic path before arriving at the law. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science from College of the Ozarks in 2007, then went on to receive a J.D. from the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Law. The combination of a technical undergraduate degree and a law degree gives her a rounded educational background.
Her legal career has been rooted in Missouri. She holds membership in The Missouri Bar and practices through Osburn, Hine & Yates, LLC. Colleagues describe her as methodical; she approaches matters in a step‑by‑step fashion. She joined the firm as a lawyer and has handled the range of responsibilities that come with working in a small firm setting.
At the firm she has taken on both client-facing and behind-the-scenes work. That has included drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and advising clients on procedural and substantive issues. She has also participated in client meetings and case strategy sessions. The work requires attention to detail and an ability to explain technical points in plain language. Her aviation science background occasionally informs how she evaluates evidence and technical material.
Outside of casework she maintains professional ties through The Missouri Bar. She keeps current with developments in state law and participates in the bar’s programs available to members. That connection to the state bar helps her follow changes in court rules and continuing education opportunities.
Ebert is a Missouri-licensed lawyer who combines a technical undergraduate training with formal legal education. She practices from Osburn, Hine & Yates, LLC, and handles matters that originate and proceed in Missouri courts and administrative forums. She currently practices law at Osburn, Hine & Yates, LLC, representing clients in matters across Missouri.
