About Thomas L Erb
Thomas L. Erb Jr. followed a steady path into the law that began in undergraduate classrooms and carried him through regional legal institutions. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Akron in 2003, returned to the same university for a second B.A. in English in 2009, and completed his J.D. at Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2011. Those years of study set the groundwork for a practice built on both legal training and an interest in how lawyers communicate and organize ideas.
After law school, Erb moved quickly into private practice. He established the Law Office of Thomas Erb, LLC in 2012, launching his work as an owner and solo practitioner. Three years later he joined a small firm partnership, serving as a partner at Parker & Erb, LLC beginning in 2015. In 2018 he began practicing under the name Erb Legal LLC, the office he is affiliated with today.
His career shows a mix of solo practice and collaborative firm work. Running his own office required him to handle client intake, case management, and the administrative demands of a small practice. Partnership work added the experience of shared responsibility and teamwork in delivering client services. Those roles have shaped how he approaches casework and firm operations.
